i busted out my summer dress today. i've seriously worn this dress for the majority of the hot months in the past few years. i know you hate/d it because of the low low neck and i'd hate for you to say "i told you so" but i put it on this morning and agreed. so i've hitched it up to a bit more of a modest level, i haven't stitched it yet but it's going to the top of my sewing pile so it can be ready and waiting for when it actually gets hot.
do you still hate it?
i straightened my hair for the first time since getting it cut, it looks heaps nice, might do it more often. theo's coming over in about half an hour and we're going to play nintendo, eat ice cream (and italian?), watch a movie and more than likely have a pretty good time. a nice contrast to the horrible assignment i'm trying to get done.

love the dress (as long as this is the hitched up version and the whole thing doesn't fall apart when you stand up) - love the hair - nice colour and cut. i have to find a hairdresser over here and i'm not looking forward to it. how can you "eat italian"? oh i get it, like pasta or something, just usually people do the hot food first and then the ice cream
i had it secured with a hairband and a bobby pin, very sophisticated. i'll sew soon but it kind of bunches weirdly at the back if i simply pull it together and up, we'll see.
